The smell of Autumn

In this piece I was trying to express nastalgic, tranquil energy when golden hour meets the autumn chill , which I missed as I grew up in Ukraine. I have been living in Australia for 20 years, but I still remember the smell of autumn near the lake where the air is cold, the scent of woodsmoke and fallen leaves lingers, and the world feels perfectly still.
